艾臨科HPD2000成功解決了蚌埠小黃山公交場站諧波問題

蚌埠市小黃山公(gong)交(jiao)場(chang)站有50臺(tai)(tai)公(gong)交(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang),采用(yong)零排放(fang)純(chun)電(dian)(dian)動大型公(gong)交(jiao)車(che)(che)(che),每天(tian)晚間8點(dian)公(gong)交(jiao)車(che)(che)(che)陸續進(jin)公(gong)交(jiao)場(chang)站充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),每臺(tai)(tai)車(che)(che)(che)接一充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang),采用(yong)兩(liang)回接口充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)約3個小時。 該車(che)(che)(che)場(chang)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)400V輸出(chu)至車(che)(che)(che)載整(zheng)流(liu)裝置對電(dian)(dian)池組充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)兩(liang)回路(lu)裝機(ji)60kW,電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)93A。每一臺(tai)(tai)配電(dian)(dian)變壓器800kVA,帶有10臺(tai)(tai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)。車(che)(che)(che)載整(zheng)流(liu)裝置采用(yong)開(kai)關頻率(lv)15kHz的全控型整(zheng)流(liu),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)方式可選擇快(kuai)速(su)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)和(he)慢充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)。

 車載整流系統造成的危害   

由于(yu)車載整流系統為非(fei)線性(xing)負載,充電過(guo)程中會導(dao)致配電系統出現以下問題:

  • 負載變壓器異(yi)響(xiang),負擔增加,斷路器誤動(dong)作;
  • 配電線路損耗增大、發熱、縮短(duan)絕緣(yuan)壽(shou)命;
  • 引起電力系(xi)統局部(bu)并聯(lian)諧(xie)(xie)振或串聯(lian)諧(xie)(xie)振,使(shi)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)含量(liang)放大(da);
  • 諧(xie)波可引起(qi)繼電保護和自(zi)動裝置誤動作,使電能計量出現混(hun)亂。

而在本項目(mu)中,變壓器異(yi)響(xiang)(xiang)問(wen)(wen)題尤其突出(chu),隨(sui)著充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)車(che)(che)(che)輛(liang)的(de)增加(jia),異(yi)響(xiang)(xiang)越(yue)來越(yue)嚴(yan)(yan)重,以至(zhi)于(yu)(yu)10臺(tai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)同時工作時,變壓器發出(chu)嗡嗡的(de)異(yi)常(chang)聲(sheng),使(shi)變壓器自身的(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命縮(suo)短(duan),增加(jia)安全隱(yin)患。 由于(yu)(yu)公交(jiao)(jiao)場站為多條公交(jiao)(jiao)線路的(de)終(zhong)點(dian)站和始(shi)發站,到了夜(ye)間,85%以上(shang)(shang)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)都處于(yu)(yu)工作狀態,意味著不能(neng)通過降(jiang)低(di)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)率來緩解現(xian)有的(de)異(yi)常(chang)振動的(de)問(wen)(wen)題,只能(neng)從根本上(shang)(shang)解決(jue)引(yin)起噪音的(de)源(yuan)頭(tou)問(wen)(wen)題。 充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)站中大量(liang)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)屬非線性設備,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時需要(yao)將(jiang)交(jiao)(jiao)流整流成直流,整流過程(cheng)(cheng)中就會(hui)產(chan)生諧(xie)波。電(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)(che)(che)直流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(包括車(che)(che)(che)載式充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器)實際上(shang)(shang)是(shi)采用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子技術的(de)開關電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),在實際使(shi)用(yong)(yong)過程(cheng)(cheng)中不可避免地會(hui)產(chan)生諧(xie)波。對于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)網而言(yan),隨(sui)著交(jiao)(jiao)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)廣泛使(shi)用(yong)(yong),車(che)(che)(che)載充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)器就是(shi)一個(ge)個(ge)諧(xie)波源(yuan),嚴(yan)(yan)重影響(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)網的(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量(liang)和穩定性。

  1. 總線處集中治(zhi)理諧波,通(tong)過選擇合理的諧波治(zhi)理容量,使低壓進線處的諧波電壓含量低于(yu)5%,達(da)到國標(biao)要求;
  2. 消除(chu)變(bian)壓器受(shou)諧波干擾(rao)周期性的影響;
